Make your way home to yourself
“Welcome! I’m Brittany, and I help high-achieving, people-pleasing adults who find themselves at a crossroads—when the life they’ve carefully built no longer feels like their own.
Anxiety often arises here, carrying the weight of unmet longings, old patterns, identity struggles, and attachment wounds.
Together, we trace these threads to uncover what is breaking down and what is asking to be healed, so that out of disruption, a more authentic and whole self can emerge.”
You’ve done everything right.
So why do you feel so burnt out and disillusioned ?
You followed all the rules - went to college, got a job, met someone to love. But it fell apart. You sleep in separate bedrooms from your spouse. You were passed by for another promotion. You broke up with your partner at 38 and desperately want a family.
You feel like life has shifted beneath your feet. The world has changed since we were promised fairytales of college degrees leading to stable careers, the rite of passage in buying a house, and of being happily (ever after) married by 30. The social contracts of “If you work hard, you’ll succeed” and “Good things happen to good people” feel like they’ve been thrown out the window.
You’re disappointed, grieving what was, and undeniably exhausted…yet restless for something different. And despite being a high-achiever, you still feel behind or like something is missing. Perhaps you’re resentful or frustrated that others seem to be happily settled while you are starting over in your 30s, 40s, or even 50s.
You may wonder, what’s wrong with me?
Life is not what you thought it would be.
After years of people-pleasing and supporting everyone else in their life, you’re left wondering: why does mine feel so untethered?
You don’t need any more expectations piled on.
(We both know you’d crush them at your own expense).
You need a steady space
to unravel what was,
to express all of the parts of you that have been pushed aside, and
to reorient yourself to your inner truth
(your inner north).

how it works
Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It’s about slowing down, showing up consistently, and creating a container where you can go deeper.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, wounds, and parts of you that have shaped how you move through the world. We’ll approach this work with warmth, honesty, and creativity — making space for your whole self to emerge.
This is committed work. It takes time, courage, and the willingness to stay with the process. But the steady rhythm of showing up can become a profound act of self-loyalty and trust.

Somatic & Expressive Arts Therapy
For when words and talking are not enough. Helps you understand your experiences on a deeper level, gain more insight, and regulates your nervous system. Includes visual art, storytelling/writing, music, movement/dance, drama, mindfulness/meditation, and noticing body sensations.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy helps you explore the deeper roots of your struggles — how past experiences, relationships, and unspoken patterns may still be shaping your life today. By bringing what’s under the surface into awareness, you can begin to understand yourself more fully, break old cycles, and create space for new ways of being.
IFS Therapy
IFS is a way of understanding yourself that honors the different “parts” within you — like the people-pleasing part, the self-critical part, or the part that just wants to rest. Instead of trying to get rid of these parts, IFS helps you listen to them with compassion and uncover the wisdom they carry. At the center of it all is your true Self — calm, clear, and steady — which can guide your healing once the noise quiets down.
